Nah... the missing comb was years ago (when I was 19 years old) It was just a temporary glitch in my brain and NCBI sequence. Some stupid prick submitted wrong antibiotic sequence and I got unlucky choosing it out of pool of mmmm.... maybe 3000? So I used Kanamycin instead of Ampicillin and obviously nothing grew. Now I will have to retransform my bacs (I was smart enough to keep half of the ligation mix)

When I said "incomplete" I meant that it felt like there was more to the story... not Yuuri/Kagome but more like them meeting and sharing their troubles. And certainly Inu/Wolfram would be a fun meeting, they are kindred spirits!
